Our foundations.

Good construction starts with a clear agreement. We prepare the site, coordinate the order of work and align execution with the project documentation. From a family home to a larger residential or commercial building, we tailor the first steps to the land and the client's requirements.

• Site preparation, excavation and earthworks
• Site organisation and coordination
• Foundations, drainage and waterproofing
• Work aligned with project documents and the agreed scope

We build the structure that gives a property its shape and strength. Reinforcement, formwork, concrete elements and masonry are carefully coordinated and carried out in accordance with project documents and the requirements of each building.

• Reinforcement for foundations, columns, walls and floors
• Formwork and concrete placement
• Load-bearing walls, floor slabs and stairs
• Structural shells for houses, villas, apartment buildings and high-rises

From a weather-tight shell to a space ready for use, we bring exterior and interior work together. Materials and finishes are agreed around the building's purpose, the design and your preferences.

• Roofing and façade work
• Thermal insulation, windows and doors
• Electrical, water, drainage, heating and cooling systems
• Plastering, flooring, tiling, painting and interior finishing

We renew existing houses, apartments and business premises for changing needs. The condition of the property defines the work: from an individual room to a complete renovation or an agreed turnkey delivery.

• Residential and commercial remodelling
• Removal of existing elements and preparation
• Renewal of building services, façades, roofs and interiors
• Restoration and coordination of all agreed work
